She completed her PGCE before embarking on a 10 year secondary school art teaching career in Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. She is currently undertaking a course in the History of Art. Liddy left teaching to start her own business Something Less Boring in 2017 to bring art and sport to a wider audience Liddy lives in Buckinghamshire delivering art and creative drawing workshops as well as relaxing Sip & Paint evenings. She also produces contemporary abstract art and papercut work, undertaking commissions too.

He is now famed for the great vitality of his works which are characterised by expressive and emotive use of brilliant colour and energetic application of paint. The traumas of his life, documented in his letters, have tended to dominate and distort modern perceptions of his art. In just an hour this during relaxing felting class, you will learn the basics of transforming something as simple as wool into a beautiful work of art. Don't worry if you've never tried felting before - this workshop is designed for beginners. Our experienced instructor Liddy will guide you through each step, ensuring that you feel confident and inspired. With her expert guidance, you'll learn how to fuse wool fibres into beautiful shapes and blend colours to create depth and texture. Finally framing within a window mount will complete your Christmassy artwork We provide all the materials plus a window mount frame for your finished piece. Hosted by the fabulous Ade & Emily from Tiny Terra in this lovely class you'll learn the different steps of terrarium making as you create your very own self-sustaining wonderland. £2.50 of the ticket price goes to Al's Pals Charity 2025 Sun 30th Nov 12.15pm In this special session at The White Hart Christmas t where you will get your hands dirty & build your own living terrarium. We’ll guide you through each layer whilst teaching you the history & purpose behind each aspect of the terrarium. You can let your creative side flourish and build your terrarium however you desire. We’ll supply you with a beautiful range of terrarium specific plants to ensure your eco system has the healthiest future ahead! We love coming to Brewpoint so much, we decided to make a weekly visit too! Running from 10am to 12noon we'll provide all the materials for you to paint the week's theme, expertly guided by Liddy. Grab yourself a coffee, have a natter and get creative...maybe stay for a spot of lunch? Our weekly art clubs are very relaxed and social there's no necessity to join us every week to enjoy the sessions we will fully work through a painting at each morning event.
